| Details | NAME OF INJURED: Douglas chabala OCCUPATION : Mechanical DATE OF ACCIDENT: 11/01/2022 PLACE OF ACCIDENT: near tapping furnance one new pollution blowers DESCRIPTION OF ACCIDENT: On the early afternoon hours of 11-01-2022 at around 12:35 hrs. Mr. Douglas chabala of mechanical (Metal fabricator) dept. was working on top of the container near tapping furnance one on the new pollution blowers. He then accidently slipped off when he was coming down on the top of the container in between the container and the pipe line he fall down .he sustained a deep cut on the left hand near the arm and some soft tissue injury on his left hand. After his accident we managed to sustain his injury by applying first aid to his wound and we than rushed him to chitambo mission hospital for more medical treatment. Done by safety officer |
