It is agreed that the above payment is being made to the seller by buyer Prior to the actual realization of the proceeds from the final buyer, will incur financial cost 9% per Anum and the time period starting from the date amount is debited from buyer’s bank account till the funds are credited in buyer’s bank account from final buyer.
